About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review detailed documents and client account information for accuracy and completeness
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and approve or decline requests according to established guidelines
  • Conduct risk assessments and apply appropriate risk mitigation steps
  • Research and resolve data issues using documented procedures and troubleshooting guides
  • Respond to internal business partner inquiries by phone and email
  • Escalate complex issues and risk concerns to leadership as needed
  • Manage caseloads by prioritizing tasks according to due dates and other factors
  • Perform onboarding and maintenance activities for client accounts
  • Review required account documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels
  • Perform basic research and follow-up to resolve routine requests
  • Provide general operational support to maintain daily workflow and efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience evaluating highly detailed client-provided documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with specific requirements to approve completion of work
  • Experience identifying errors and working with partners to resolve issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective phone and email interaction with internal partners
  • High attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow established procedures
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email
  • Ability to work with and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to track results
  • Understanding of technology and ability to apply that knowledge to process improvements
  • Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
