About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform onboarding and maintenance of accounts and review required account documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels
  • Conduct basic research, follow-up, and resolution of routine research requests
  • Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns
  • Provide operational support, including handling inbound calls, mail sorting, and mail distribution
  • Review and approve required account documentation
  • Review detailed documents and client account information for accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct risk assessments and apply appropriate risk mitigation steps
  • Research and resolve data issues using documented procedures and troubleshooting guides
  • Engage support partners and respond to internal business partner inquiries by phone and email
  • Manage caseloads by prioritizing tasks according to due dates and other factors
  • Understand end-to-end process flow, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience evaluating highly detailed client-provided documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specific requirements to approve completion of work
  • Experience following standard operating procedures, finding errors, and working with partners to resolve issues
  • Experience interacting with partners via phone and email
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email
  • Ability to work with and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to track results
  • Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
