About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform onboarding and maintenance of accounts and review required account documentation
- Respond to client inquiries via numerous channels
- Perform basic research, follow-up and resolution of routine research requests
- Identify potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalate risk concerns
- Provide general operational support, including handling inbound calls, mail sorting, and mail distribution
- Review and approve required account documentation
- Conduct risk assessments and apply risk mitigation steps
- Research and resolve data issues using documented procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Respond to internal business partner inquiries via phone and email
- Manage a caseload by prioritizing tasks according to due dates and other factors
- Understand end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience evaluating highly detailed client-provided documents for accuracy, completeness and compliance with specific requirements to approve completion of work
- Experience following standard operating procedures, finding errors and working with partners to resolve issues
- Experience interacting with partners via phone and email
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email
- Ability to work with and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to track results
- Ability to apply knowledge to improve processes
