About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review detailed documents and client account information for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and approve or decline requests according to established guidelines and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and apply appropriate risk mitigation steps
- Research and resolve data issues using documented procedures and troubleshooting guides
- Engage support partners and escalate complex issues to leadership when necessary
- Respond to internal business partner inquiries by phone and email
- Manage a caseload by prioritizing tasks according to due dates and other factors
- Perform onboarding and maintenance activities for client accounts
- Review and approve required account documentation
- Respond to client inquiries through multiple channels
- Perform basic research and follow-up to resolve routine requests
- Identify potential operational issues and escalate risk concerns
- Provide general operational support for daily workflow and efficiency
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience evaluating highly detailed client-provided documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specific requirements to approve completion of work
- Experience identifying errors and working with partners to resolve issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective phone and email interaction with internal partners
- High attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow established procedures
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook for email (desired)
- Ability to work with and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to track results (desired)
- Understanding of technology and ability to apply that knowledge to process improvements (desired)
- Ability to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy if selected
- Ability to work a first shift schedule, 40 hours per week
