About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide all forms of administrative support to a team of Leasing professionals
  • Coordinate high-volume travel arrangements and accurately process expense reports in accordance with enterprise expense policies
  • Resolve technology issues, including hardware/software purchases
  • Track event tickets and conference registrations
  • Assist with Global Leasing employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Act as Access Control Representative, granting building and suite access and maintaining systems access
  • Maintain understanding of firm policies and handle certain issues independently
  • Participate in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, and group events
  • Order supplies and maintain inventory
  • Collaborate with the team and provide backup for fellow administrators
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting Sr. Executives in the Global Leasing division
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of general business and corporate cultures
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential, and non-routine information
  • Self-starter with excellent anticipation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated dependability and sense of urgency about getting results
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels
