About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Product Managers to execute against product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities
Translate business objectives into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements
Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to program objectives and business value
Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met
Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions
Serve as the primary Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team
Drive backlog readiness for upcoming sprints
Promote Agile practices, sprint commitments, and team delivery routines
Partner with Scrum Masters and technology teams to remove blockers and improve effectiveness
Foster accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence
Collaborate with business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders
Provide updates on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress
Manage stakeholder expectations and competing priorities
Build trusted partnerships and challenge constructively to drive outcomes
Ensure alignment between business needs and delivery execution
Support strategic AI capabilities within the DAISY program
Translate emerging AI capabilities into business value
Contribute to product management and Agile practice evolution
Drive adoption of scalable AI solutions supporting enterprise priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Proven ability to manage a large workload and multiple competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
Collaborative team player with strong partnership and relationship-building skills
Effective communicator who provides clear, concise, and timely status updates
Comfortable setting boundaries, managing expectations, and constructively challenging when appropriate
Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering business value
Experience supporting AI, Gen AI, or data-driven products
Experience working in large-scale Agile environments
Technology product delivery experience
Financial services experience
DevOps and Agile delivery practices
