About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maximize value delivered by a dedicated Agile scrum team
  • Partner with Product Managers to execute product vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities
  • Translate business objectives into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery requirements
  • Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog aligned to program objectives and business value
  • Review, refine, and accept completed work to ensure requirements and quality expectations are met
  • Make day-to-day prioritization and scope decisions
  • Serve as the primary Product Owner for a dedicated scrum team
  • Drive backlog readiness for upcoming sprints
  • Promote Agile practices, sprint commitments, and team delivery routines
  • Partner with Scrum Masters and technology teams to remove blockers and improve team effectiveness
  • Collaborate with business, technology, data, and operational stakeholders
  • Provide updates on priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and balance competing priorities and delivery constraints
  • Build trusted partnerships and ensure alignment between business needs and team execution
  • Support strategic AI capabilities within the DAISY program
  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into business value
  • Contribute to product management and Agile practice evolution
  • Help drive adoption of scalable AI solutions supporting enterprise priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives outcomes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage a large workload and multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to lead through influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams
  • Strong partnership and relationship-building skills
  • Effective communication with clear, concise, and timely status updates
  • Ability to set boundaries, manage expectations, and constructively challenge when appropriate
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex business needs into actionable requirements
  • Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering business value
