About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Understand stakeholder needs to envision and create solutions
Support cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions with business strategy
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements
Identify impacts of application modifications and enhancements, integration points, and end-to-end solution design
Assist users and development teams with application testing and troubleshooting
Help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
Document technology processes, procedures, and workflows
Manage engagement intake and portfolio planning, assessing demand, prioritizing work, aligning resources, and supporting delivery commitments
Develop and maintain demand, capacity, resource, and financial forecasts
Perform scenario analysis and identify optimization opportunities
Track cost-efficiency metrics and realized benefits for workforce planning, investment decisions, and portfolio performance
Create and deliver executive communications, reporting, governance materials, and data-driven insights
Partner across business and technology teams to coordinate engagements, manage planning and forecasting, monitor risks and dependencies, and communicate with senior leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in business analysis, resource planning, financial management, forecasting, governance, or related disciplines
Engagement and stakeholder management
Demand, capacity, and resource forecasting
Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Executive communication and reporting
Data analysis and business insights
Cost optimization and benefit realization tracking
Business and technical requirements management
Strategic planning and prioritization
Risk, dependency, and issue management
Agile practices
Solution design and process improvement
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience (desired)
Agile, Product Owner, Privacy, Data Governance, or Risk certifications (desired)
Experience supporting engagement management, workforce planning, capacity forecasting, or financial planning processes (desired)
Experience preparing executive-level portfolio, resource, or funding reports and dashboards (desired)
