About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze and manage remediation of Not Permitted Technology across software and hardware components
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver component upgrades or replacements involving multiple teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to complete deliverables on schedule
  • Complete administrative and non-technical risk, security, and compliance deliverables, including access reviews, assessments, questionnaires, and procedural requirements
  • Track technical security and risk activities performed by development teams
  • Work with infrastructure teams on requirements such as additional storage
  • Assist with application audits and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure vendor applications meet bank requirements
  • Maintain application data in AppHQ and other systems of record
  • Assist with ad hoc application inquiries
  • Manage mainframe AITs within the US Wires space and support business continuity, RISE requirements, application management, patching, and AIT governance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years experience of basic z/OS mainframe technology
  • 2+ years experience of basic Linux/Unix/Windows functionality
  • 2+ years experience of technical stack interoperability (Operating System, Database, Middleware connectivity and interoperability)
  • 2+ years experience managing an application portfolio in Risk, Compliance, Project Management, and collaboration across multiple teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex situations in easy-to-understand terminology to groups and executives
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-starter able to traverse the organization to find answers to complex issues
  • General understanding of Linux/Unix/AIX/Windows, Java, Oracle database, z/OS, and mainframe environments
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
