About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Data Management – Products team
- Partner with data users, upstream data providers, and technology teams to research and resolve data issues
- Document and communicate new business and data requirements
- Test data and functionality changes
- Develop and maintain controls to ensure data integrity
- Support periodic audits and exams by internal audit, compliance organizations, and regulatory agencies
- Work with Global Regulatory Reporting, Global Liquidity Management, Enterprise Capital Reporting, and related partners
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and fitness for analysis through testing procedures and data controls
- Use SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to identify data issues, quantify impacts, and answer business, audit, and regulatory questions
- Debug and write SQL/Oracle procedures
- Manage and execute controls, including tracking, monitoring, and resolving control breaches
- Identify data risks and opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, production support, monthly trend analysis, and ad hoc analysis
- Perform data sourcing, mapping, analysis, and reporting
- Coordinate with business partners, project management, and technology teams
- Provide input on project documentation
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Build relationships across CFO Data Management teams and stakeholders such as Technology, Treasury, and Liquidity
- Support change initiatives and enterprise Operational Excellence initiatives
- Leverage emerging technologies such as Alteryx, Tableau, and UiPath
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: BE, BTech, MCA, BSc, BCA, or MSc
- 4–6 years of experience
- Advanced SQL experience and understanding of relational databases
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite skills, including Excel, Access, Word, SharePoint, OneNote, and Project
- Experience with process automation using tools such as Tableau and Alteryx
- Significant experience in technology data/risk assessments and remediation efforts
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to think laterally and identify solutions to problems
- Self-motivated and independent with an excellent control mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver results, and adapt to change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to apply sound judgment and challenge effectively
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, pursue goals, and consistently deliver results
- Work 9-hour shifts between 11 AM and 11 PM
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft 365 Copilot or equivalent generative AI tools
- Ability to frame effective prompts for accurate, relevant, and reusable AI outputs
- Learning agility and change readiness
- Strong collaboration and executive-level communication skills across teams, functions, and geographies
