About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive company, industry, and market research, including comparable company and peer group analysis
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models for company, sector, and transaction-level analysis
  • Perform valuation assessments, merger consequences, and transaction impact analysis
  • Prepare client presentations, pitchbooks, and other materials supporting business development and client engagement
  • Draft credit approval memoranda, offering memoranda, and marketing materials for internal review and deal execution
  • Partner with team leads to maintain product quality, manage workflow priorities, and support timely project delivery
  • Support investment banking, fixed-income syndication, Global Markets Credit, portfolio management, underwriting, quantitative analysis, data management, and technology-related activities

Requirements

  • MBA/ PGDM / Maters in Economics / Quantitative Technique & Economics/ Mathematics Statistics/ Data Sciences
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
