About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide subject matter expertise and consulting services across a range of technologies
  • Assist Technical Analysts and Infrastructure Engineers in ensuring technology solutions comply with enterprise design and engineering standards
  • Translate business requirements into technical definitions, reference models, blueprints, and deployment playbooks
  • Evaluate reference models, blueprints, and playbooks for fitness for purpose
  • Develop software solutions for manual, repeatable, or inefficient processes
  • Conduct on-site evaluations of third-party products considered for firm adoption
  • Create or select functional and non-functional product evaluation requirements across domains
  • Facilitate deployment of technical solutions through templates, playbooks, and automation
  • Improve efficiency in implementing and maintaining tools and services
  • Promote an inclusive and healthy working environment and help resolve organizational blockers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Participate in on-call support, including some weekends and holidays for cutovers
  • 7 years’ experience with deep knowledge of Autosys, EEM, and WCC
  • Solid experience with Autosys in an administrator capacity
  • Experience defining EEM security policies for granular access to scheduling components
  • Experience with WCC to build custom views based on client requirements
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interface with system programmers, application developers, support teams, software vendors, and management staff
  • Ability to read and write Perl/Python code for integration initiatives
  • Experience with iXP user and group policies is beneficial
  • Experience with AAI/JAWS is beneficial
  • Experience with Autosys REST API Webservices is beneficial
  • Experience with iDash reporting and SLA management is beneficial
