About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with business clients over the phone to grow and deepen new and existing relationships
  • Serve clients with revenues greater than $1MM
  • Deliver the Business Advantage solutions suite, including deposit, merchant, credit card, unsecured lending, and digital solutions, excluding specialty lending and treasury
  • Provide end-to-end guidance using a consultative approach and uncover clients’ priorities
  • Manage a team-based portfolio of clients and identify needs
  • Collaborate with sales and support partners across the enterprise
  • Consult with business clients and provide solutions aligned with their needs
  • Deliver excellent overall client satisfaction
  • Partner with specialty credit, treasury, and other Bank product partners to assess relationships and execute financial solutions
  • Build meaningful relationships and partnerships
  • Execute playbook strategies to achieve performance targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of proven consultative sales experience in financial services, business-to-business sales, or small business banking
  • Ability to operate in a phone-based sales environment
  • Proven track record of enhancing existing client relationships and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Proven sales skills and client management experience
  • Ability to assess and analyze clients’ financial conditions and industry trends
  • Ability to understand and interpret financial statements and cash flow analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to partner and negotiate with a team of bank associates to solve client issues
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics preferred, or minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
