Requirements
What you’ll need- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
- Effective collaboration and relationship-building with key partners and clients
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading, managing and coaching a team, or successful completion of the Bank of America Academy-led Market Leadership Development Program
- Ability to identify client solutions and resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
- Effective and confident communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Adherence to established processes, laws and regulations
- Ability to attract, recruit and retain an effective sales and operations team
- Ability to manage time, complexity, priorities, delegation and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret performance results and hold others accountable
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed
- Travel required; varies depending on geography
- Proficient in computer skills and professional programs, such as Microsoft Office

- Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
