Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results
  • Effective collaboration and relationship-building with key partners and clients
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading, managing and coaching a team; or successful completion of the Bank of America Academy-led Market Leadership Development Program
  • Ability to identify solutions for clients and resolve problems independently or escalate as needed
  • Effective and confident communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines and comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Ability to attract, recruit and retain an effective sales and operations team
  • Efficient time and capacity management
  • Ability to manage complexity, prioritize tasks, delegate and execute in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret performance results, identify opportunities and hold others accountable
