About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes
  • Support business management and performance reporting routines for Specialist teams
  • Support the overall Investment Solutions Group Data Strategy
  • Develop and support data infrastructure for reporting, analytics, and AI readiness
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Alteryx and Tableau
  • Partner with stakeholders and business leadership to deliver objectives
  • Perform analytics and interpret data to identify opportunities, derive insights, and measure outcomes
  • Support reporting routines and develop reporting for sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Write queries and pull data for reporting workflows and ad hoc requests
  • Develop and enhance datasets with Investment Solutions Group lines of business
  • Design and build Tableau dashboards and enhance existing dashboards
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting for senior leadership
  • Partner with business and technology teams on data pipelines and governance processes
  • Create interactive data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable, data-driven solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in financial services or consulting providing data and reporting solutions
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to design, create, and manage database schemas integrating various data sources and systems
  • Extensive SQL coding experience
  • Additional experience in Python and/or R
  • Experience running SQL across SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, and DB2
  • Ability to synthesize, analyze, and derive insights from large datasets
  • Experience with data mining, aggregation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
  • Bachelor's degree (desired qualification)
  • Exposure to machine learning/predictive AI technologies (desired qualification)
  • Experience in Salesforce Lightning and CRM Analytics (Design & Administration) (desired qualification)
