About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes aligned with business priorities
Support business management and performance reporting routines for Specialist teams and the overall ISG Data Strategy
Develop and support data infrastructure for reporting and analytics, including preparing data for AI use
Develop and maintain reporting solutions using Alteryx and Tableau
Build and execute business initiatives and processes in partnership with stakeholders
Solve complex business problems using subject matter expertise and technical knowledge
Perform analytics, assessments, and interpretation of data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
Develop strategic and tactical plans supporting business goals
Support reporting routines and reporting for new sales initiatives and campaigns
Write queries and pull data for reporting workflows and ad hoc requests
Develop and enhance datasets with ISG lines of business
Design and build Tableau dashboards and enhance existing dashboards
Prepare ad hoc reporting for senior leadership on team activities and sales initiatives
Partner with business and technology teams on data pipelines and governance processes
Create interactive data visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
Translate ambiguous business questions into scalable, data-driven solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in financial services or consulting providing data and reporting solutions
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Ability to design, create and manage database schemas integrating various data sources and systems
Extensive SQL coding experience
Additional experience in Python and/or R
Experience running SQL across SQL Server, Oracle, Hadoop, and DB2
Ability to work with large datasets to synthesize, analyze, and derive business insights
Experience with data mining, aggregation, analysis, and visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
Bachelor's degree preferred
Exposure to machine learning/predictive AI technologies preferred
Experience in Salesforce Lightning and CRM Analytics (Design & Administration) preferred
