About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide specialized and personalized service, advice, and guidance to financial center clients across borrowing and banking offerings
  • Acquire new and deepen existing client relationships
  • Conduct client meetings and present customized financial solutions
  • Balance sales performance, operational risk, and client relationship care
  • Recommend financial advice and guidance aligned with client goals and needs
  • Analyze client financial needs and recommend appropriate banking and borrowing services
  • Conduct outreach, manage pipelines, and perform consistent follow-up
  • Make decisions on client requests and refer clients to appropriate internal partners
  • Partner with financial center, performance, and market leaders to provide guidance and coaching to associates
  • Train at one financial center and potentially work at another location within a reasonable commuting distance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual Spanish required
  • Demonstrated experience and proven success with business-to-business sales and/or small business banking
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively influence clients
  • Effective customer service skills with ability to manage the full client end-to-end experience and problem resolution
  • Proven sales track record
  • Ability to build productive partnerships and working relationships
  • Experience with outbound phone sales
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Subject to FDIC, Safe Act, and Loan Originators hiring restrictions related to specified criminal history
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
