About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes aligned to functional and business priorities
- Help shape and execute the CFO organization’s AI and finance innovation strategy
- Define tool strategy and advance AI agents and other use cases
- Build workforce capabilities and put effective tools in the hands of CFO associates
- Translate business priorities into roadmaps of capabilities, tools, pilots, and scalable solutions
- Evaluate AI tool options, clarify intended use, and coordinate dependencies and decision points
- Develop approaches to build AI fluency and practical skills across the CFO workforce
- Partner with the Academy, change management, business leaders, Technology, Data Management, risk and control teams, and other enterprise groups
- Create executive-ready recommendations, roadmaps, updates, and decision materials
- Track progress, risks, adoption, and impact; identify issues and drive action
- Perform analytics, assessments, and interpretation of data to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in the CFO organization, with an understanding of finance processes, priorities, data, and controls, is preferred
- Consulting, internal strategy, transformation, or innovation experience is preferred
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear strategies, structured plans, and measurable outcomes
- Strong influencing and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to build alignment across business, technology, and control partners without relying on formal authority
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex topics for senior leaders and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of AI, automation, digital tools, or emerging technology is preferred
- Curiosity, sound judgment, adaptability, and a practical mindset focused on responsible adoption and business value
- 40 hours per week
