About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Advance strategic initiatives enhancing the associate experience through the Client Engagement Workstation and next-generation AI capabilities
  • Define and execute the Private Bank's AI strategy and roadmap
  • Plan, deliver, and evolve the AI Wealth Assistant
  • Shape the vision for AI-enabled associate experiences and identify high-value use cases
  • Prioritize capabilities and manage the AI ideation pipeline
  • Evaluate business processes and data requirements to identify opportunities for artificial intelligence and emerging technologies
  • Establish a multi-year roadmap aligning business priorities, platform investments, and AI innovation
  • Translate strategic objectives into business requirements, user stories, and scalable solutions
  • Support initiatives through design, testing, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement
  • Drive platform modernization, AI-enabled workflow automation, and enterprise data integration
  • Create and manage JIRA user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing outcomes
  • Lead testing, issue resolution, validation, UAT, training, communications, and post-implementation activities
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and development teams
  • Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies and drive timely resolution
  • Contribute to platform enhancements improving associate productivity, client engagement, and business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong understanding of Private Bank platforms, processes, and associate workflows
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of financial services experience, preferably within Private Banking, Wealth Management, Digital Transformation, Product Management, or data and analytics-focused roles
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions in financial services platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a self-directed, proactive manner
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
  • Ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities and technology solutions
  • Experience with CEW or other advisor/associate-facing wealth management platforms preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Experience with Agile delivery teams, product owners, and technology partners preferred
  • Knowledge and practical application of emerging AI capabilities preferred
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions in regulated financial services preferred
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
