Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage strategic AI transformation initiatives that modernize operational processes and improve business outcomes
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation
  • Partner with key stakeholders, AI product teams, technology organizations, data teams, and control partners
  • Manage project scope, planning, organization, execution plans, dependencies, operational readiness, change adoption, and risk management
  • Ensure AI solutions integrate effectively into business processes and achieve targeted operational efficiencies
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise risk, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate development of project deliverables with internal and external business partners
  • Lead execution of multiple competing priorities while meeting deadlines and following policies and procedures
  • Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements, functional designs, and stakeholder expectations
  • Partner with project managers and business teams on integration planning, implementation, and sustainment
  • Maintain delivery artifacts and manage BRDs, FRDs, project documentation, and stakeholder approvals
  • Provide status reporting, decision support, and timely escalation of risks and issues
  • Determine testing methods, educate resources, partner with testing teams, and report on testing progress

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fast learner
  • Process Design experience
  • Proven experience with large-scale enterprise transformations involving AI, data, analytics, or digital capabilities
  • Experience with large operational efforts involving multiple applications, middleware, and multiple businesses for real-time and non-real-time process automation
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple FLUs and executive stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery, product management, requirements management, and SDLC practices
  • Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning, GenAI, Model Risk Management, and AI governance teams
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influence, communication, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to translate between business leaders, technical teams, and governance organizations
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Experience with contact center systems and processes (desired)
