About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support development and execution of Workplace Benefits business strategy, including participant engagement, complex program leadership, enterprise partnership management, business analytics, and executive-level communications
- Lead complex projects and initiatives from strategy development through implementation, testing, reporting, and presentation of results
- Own assigned programs, partnerships, and operational processes; identify risks, resolve issues, and drive decisions through execution
- Analyze program, participant, and operational data to identify trends, quantify opportunities, assess business impact, and develop recommendations
- Translate results, participant behavior, and market insights into strategic implications and business opportunities
- Build and maintain partnerships across Workplace Benefits, Merrill, Consumer, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other enterprise stakeholders
- Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases, status updates, and recommendations for senior leadership and partner audiences
- Support participant engagement, referral, and business growth initiatives by translating strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities while coordinating dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across teams
- Build and maintain reporting, processes, controls, and governance routines for execution, measurement, and risk management
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure programs meet applicable requirements and control expectations
- Translate detailed business, operational, and technical information into concise, actionable communications
- Serve as a subject-matter resource connecting strategy, analytics, participant experience, and operational execution to business results
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience leading complex projects from planning through execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor content to the audience
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams and tracking end-to-end deliverables
- Ability to develop reporting and executive-ready presentations
- Demonstrated ability to use data and business judgment to evaluate complex issues and recommend practical solutions
- Workplace Benefits, retirement, Consumer, Merrill, or related financial-services experience
