Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three or more years of relevant business experience in CVL, the FC channel, or another specialty organization
  • Proven experience in business strategy, program management, or strategic initiatives with demonstrated tangible results
  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills, including executive-level presentations, visual storytelling, and strategic design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual-thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling recommendations
  • Comfortable presenting to and interacting with senior leadership; strong executive presence
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under aggressive timelines
  • Ability to build credibility, drive consensus, and influence across teams and lines of business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent relationship-management skills
  • Knowledge of Bank of America products, services, resources, tools, and enterprise ways of working
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
