About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage administrative support for a Financial Center Channel division, including strategy development, measurement, reporting, and administration
- Facilitate and execute the Division business strategy
- Evaluate developments and needs, develop recommendations, and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
- Define and facilitate strategies, tactics, measurement, and reporting across the Division
- Serve as liaison to business teams and support partners within a matrixed organization
- Align messaging and priorities across the Division
- Manage the Division Executive’s calendar and align resources to support priorities
- Manage expenses and key people processes, including staffing
- Oversee risk and training completion, including compliance, new-hire, and initiative training
- Oversee Division communications
- Conduct in-person market visits as needed
- Plan and facilitate staff meetings, offsite meetings, and events
- Support disaster and emergency response activities
- Liaise among subject matter teams, frontline execution, and Business Readiness
- Serve as subject matter expert for assigned projects and initiatives
- May manage associates and perform managerial responsibilities including coaching, risk management, financial stewardship, and workforce planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Five or more years of executive leadership experience in financial services
- Strong knowledge of operational metrics and their relationship to Compliance, Audit, Loss Management, risk functions, and Customer Experience
- Demonstrated success managing complex strategic initiatives and influencing across lines of business, stakeholders, and control partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities from ideation and socialization through planning, development, and deployment
- Experience developing and communicating operational strategies and executing action plans
- Experience evaluating management routines to reduce process variability
- Ability to interpret data, conduct gap analyses, and develop and execute action plans based on findings
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to executive stakeholders
- Proven track record of building strong partnerships and influencing at the executive level without direct authority
- Performance management experience
- Ability to independently solve problems and resolve issues
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time, including day trips and overnight travel
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
