About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day management of EMEA legal entity booking selection approvals
  • Perform reconciliations and reporting for facilities within Risk Appetite Statement scope
  • Support pipeline tracking and legal entity reporting activities
  • Assist with CRD6-related project delivery and implementation activities
  • Produce management information and reporting for business governance processes
  • Collaborate with GCIB, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders
  • Support development, maintenance, and communication of Front Line Unit procedures and guidance
  • Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for designated processes and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and test controls through data analysis, issue identification, and remediation activities
  • Assist with regulatory examinations, internal audits, monitoring activities, and inspection reviews
  • Support governance forums through management information, metrics, and dashboard reporting
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business support, credit, risk management, operations, finance or a related function
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve efficiency and enhance day-to-day processes
  • Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high regard for data quality and accuracy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of syndicated loan agreements
  • Experience using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to support business activities and productivity improvements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, Compliance, Audit, Credit Review, and other key stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of general bank policies, programs and procedures and financial/accounting practices
  • Thorough knowledge of the department or business unit's functional area or products
