Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead diverse administrative functions for a large department or complete business unit
  • Manage financial control, budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, premises, and project coordination
  • Coordinate associate training, service quality, process improvement, business continuity, and communication activities
  • Administer bank programs and policies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years administrative support experience
  • Project Management experience in current or previous role
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with senior and executive level leaders
  • Accuracy and thoroughness, with ability to monitor own work for quality
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, manage time wisely, and handle confidential and sensitive material with integrity
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proactive ability to stay focused and maximize time efficiently
  • Strong executive presence and superior interpersonal communication skills
  • High proficiency with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Supervisory/leadership experience (desired)
