About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Operations Enablement Executive and leadership team through business management activities, executive routines, governance, financial management, communications, performance reporting, and administrative support
  • Coordinate key priorities, deliverables, and organizational routines
  • Lead executive leadership meetings, business reviews, operating reviews, town halls, leadership forums, and related communications
  • Manage forward-looking planning and scheduling, complex calendars, meeting logistics, agendas, materials, travel, expenses, records, and follow-up actions
  • Coordinate governance routines, executive deliverables, regulatory commitments, and business priorities
  • Develop and maintain executive presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, expenses, headcount, resource planning, and vendors
  • Partner with Risk, Audit, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, and other support organizations on policies, controls, and governance
  • Support organizational communications, recognition programs, employee engagement activities, and events
  • Coordinate business continuity planning, inspection readiness, audit support, and preparedness efforts
  • Monitor performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Facilitate coordination across enterprise partners to execute organizational priorities
  • Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and change management
  • Manage special projects, executive requests, and ad hoc assignments
  • May manage associates and perform managerial responsibilities including coaching, risk management, financial stewardship, talent leadership, and driving business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in business management, operations, governance, program management, executive support, or a related field
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and leadership teams within a large, complex organization
  • Experience coordinating executive routines, organizational planning activities, business reviews, and leadership reporting
  • Experience managing complex planning calendars, scheduling leadership routines, coordinating dependencies, and adjusting timelines as priorities change
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, expenses, headcount reporting, and resource planning activities
  • Experience developing executive presentations, reporting, dashboards, metrics, and business performance reporting
  • Experience supporting governance, risk management, audit, compliance, and operational control processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across multiple lines of business and support functions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level communications and presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
  • 40 hours per week
