About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as Business Support Manager II to the COO of Global Treasury and Merchant Operations
  • Partner with senior executives to drive strategic priorities, business execution, and organizational effectiveness
  • Execute leader priorities by translating direction into actions and deliverables
  • Establish and manage procedures governance, ownership, and routine reviews across GTMO
  • Communicate enterprise and business-level decisions, purpose, results, strategy, priorities, and contributions
  • Drive process knowledge, operational excellence, innovation, simplicity, data-based decision-making, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate leadership routines, meetings, and events, including agendas, materials, logistics, action items, and follow-up communications
  • Deliver assigned responsibilities accurately, timely, and in alignment with established priorities and standards
  • Model an inclusive environment aligned to Great Place to Work goals
  • Lead administrative functions including budget analysis, operations analysis, workflow issue resolution, associate training, service quality, and process improvement
  • Research and resolve personnel, audit, and budget issues and interpret bank programs and policies
  • Direct workflow activities as needed

Requirements

  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Budgeting, financial analysis, and expense management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Process improvement and workflow optimization experience
  • Project coordination and organizational skills
  • Executive communication and stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results
  • Knowledge of banking policies, programs, and procedures
  • Data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Experience supporting senior executives or large organizations
