About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute control testing of internal investigation cases involving employee fraud and misconduct
- Review and analyze investigative case notes, documentation, and processes for adherence to standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and provide feedback and recommendations on cases requiring remediation or additional investigation
- Coach investigators to improve quality, accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance
- Prepare control assessment reports and present findings to management, stakeholders, and control partners
- Establish working relationships with investigators, managers, and control function partners
- Drive training and adoption of investigative standards and guidelines
- Escalate and report risks identified through case reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to convey complex information clearly to varied audiences
- Ability to manage competing priorities and exercise sound time management
- Attention to detail and initiative
- Strong knowledge of risk management practices
- Experience identifying, escalating, and challenging risk when appropriate
- Ability to build partnerships across the organization and understand end-to-end processes
- Ability to provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other business-related software
- 40 hours per week
- 1st shift
