About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage relationships with external clients
  • Develop new growth channels and enhance client experiences
  • Work with corporate clients to promote Bank programs to employees and generate banking relationships
  • Launch and drive new employee banking programs to increase enrollments and deepen relationships
  • Initiate and manage new client onboarding
  • Develop and execute programs
  • Partner across the enterprise to improve client experience, acquire new business, and expand relationships
  • Support product development and deployment plans
  • Help create sales training programs and marketing materials
  • Maintain product financials, investment profiles, and P&L activities
  • Provide product trend information to sales and marketing teams
  • Streamline and enhance product offerings
  • Implement and monitor effective risk controls
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop products that meet client needs and achieve high adoption rates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Executive presence for both client-facing and internal presentations
  • Ability to manage priorities without sacrificing quality
  • Experience with external client-facing relationships
  • Ability to develop, deepen, and manage trusted relationships
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of establishing accountability
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WebEx
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
