About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop reports to support management decision making
Perform all phases of the report development process
Participate in client meetings to understand needs and develop requirements
Perform data research and data discovery
Source data, including data automation
Create report visualizations
Manage report deployment, including user onboarding
Develop, maintain, or enhance components of large reporting platforms
Design, develop, and maintain automated reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Business Intelligence tools including MicroStrategy and Tableau
Design, develop, and maintain automated ETL processes from various database platforms
Analyze disparate database sources, including relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes
Design and build relational data models
Partner with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Create and maintain standard documentation, metadata, workflows, and desktop procedures
Collaborate in a cross-functional team and provide routine project updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 year direct experience with applications such as Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and SAS
Minimum 3 years of data reporting experience
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Experience with LoanIQ, data, and databases (desired)
Experience with Business Intelligence tools including MicroStrategy and Tableau
Experience with automated ETL processes from various database platforms
Knowledge of relational structures, dimensional data models, and cubes
Ability to design and build relational data models
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Familiarity with metadata, detailed workflows, and desktop procedures
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
Ability to work 1st shift, United States of America
40 hours per week
