Key responsibilities & impact

Manage complex initiatives across a broad group of analytical resources
Manage components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions
Engage with clients and senior leadership
Respond to business needs and enhance how reporting is developed and delivered
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop the vision and strategy for innovative automated business intelligence solutions
Manage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across partner teams
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated ETL processes from various database platforms
Store data in fit-for-use relational tables
Oversee prioritization and alignment of resources for on-time delivery while following procedures and quality guidelines
Provide technical solutions and learn new technology to fulfill project needs
Partner with stakeholders and executive management to ensure integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions
Potentially manage associates and perform manager responsibilities including coaching, risk management, budgeting, talent development, and driving business outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights
Understanding of workflow, SLAs, and operational performance metrics
Experience developing and delivering strategic recommendations
Experience managing undedicated resources or influencing without authority
Strong attention to detail with ability to tell a clear story with data
