Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives and processes aligned to functional-area and business priorities
  • Define, develop, execute, monitor, and refine strategic initiatives and processes with key stakeholders and internal partners

  • Develop strategic and tactical plans to drive progress toward business goals
  • Partner with and influence senior leaders on strategic priorities
  • Champion organizational vision and values to drive business results
  • Manage competing business and administrative priorities and influence key partners to achieve desired results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or programs from planning through execution
  • Financial Center leadership experience at the Market Level
  • Experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities across client segments and geographies, derive insights, and measure outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that support business growth
  • Proactively builds trusted relationships and influences key partners and executives in a matrix environment
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and feedback skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and change management in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms, manage ambiguity, and respond to changing circumstances
  • Effective time management with the ability to organize, prioritize, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with risk mitigation, operational excellence, and process management
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Track record of success working in an environment with individual and/or team goals where goals were routinely met or exceeded
  • Training, coaching, and field leadership enablement
  • End-to-end management and support of community, student, and diverse segment events
  • Community banking partnership development and stakeholder engagement
  • Previous experience in a highly matrixed financial industry
