About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze market and industry data to uncover insights for client/prospect meetings, pitch books, and relationship reviews
  • Collaborate with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and bank team members to prepare client presentations and support client deals
  • Observe and support credit approval and treasury solutions processes
  • Coordinate clients/prospects and product and deal team partners throughout transactions
  • Deliver new business analytics, monitor client activities, and perform portfolio optimization
  • Identify and expand client relationships while maintaining and enhancing business opportunities
  • Interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, and Wealth Management
  • Facilitate client relationships with Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services
  • Develop foundational skills in financial analysis, client relationship support, and commercial banking operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two years of professional or business experience
  • Analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to understand and interpret corporate financial statements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field (desired qualification)
