About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver analytical research and data-driven insights supporting commercial banking clients and prospects
  • Develop economic and market insights, industry analysis, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews
  • Leverage data to tell stories and support internal idea generation and transaction execution
  • Strengthen client engagement and observe client interactions to build foundational knowledge
  • Analyze market and industry data for client/prospect meetings, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews
  • Collaborate with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and teams across the bank on client presentations and deals
  • Observe and support credit approval and treasury solutions processes
  • Coordinate clients, prospects, product partners, and deal teams during transactions
  • Deliver new business analytics, monitor client activities, and perform portfolio optimization
  • Interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess company financial conditions and industry trends
  • Collaborate with domestic and international teammates and Product Specialists to design and deliver financial solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of two years of professional or business experience
  • Applies analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and the ability to work independently
  • Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Understands and interprets corporate financial statements
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Prior commercial banking experience, particularly in credit, is strongly preferred
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
