About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Compliance Risk partner for relationship management teams
  • Own and manage the AML and KYC process for relationship management teams
  • Engage with prospects and current clients to review AML/KYC information for legal entity onboarding, KYC record expansions, and maintenance activities
  • Manage periodic reviews and refreshes for US and non-US entities
  • Ensure client documents and supplemental information are received, reviewed for accuracy, and meet policy standards
  • Advance onboarding, expansions, periodic reviews/refreshes, audit, and remediation efforts
  • Secure Non-Public Personal Information (NPPI) according to bank privacy policies
  • Recommend approaches for creating and nurturing client relationships
  • Partner with relationship management teams on new client onboarding and complex periodic reviews/refreshes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with Know Your Customer or Anti-Money Laundering due diligence processes, including identifying and escalating risks
  • Strategic and critical thinking to determine solutions and improve clients’ financial lives
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to build strong client relationships
  • Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset and effective time management
  • Results-driven mindset and prioritization of client interests
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree desired
  • Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist certification desired
  • Experience with bank standard legal documentation desired
  • Knowledge of Global Commercial Banking desired
  • Knowledge of Integrated Monetary Processing and Controls and Salesforce desired
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Tableau desired
  • 40 hours per week
  • 1st shift (United States of America)
