About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform complex analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products and related divisions
Apply knowledge of multiple business and technical-related topics
Independently drive strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives
Work with business counterparts within the Line of Business and partner organizations, including Risk and Product teams
Support reporting and analytics for the OMRA organization within RCO
Advance performance and workflow optimization through advanced business intelligence dashboards
Coordinate requirements with senior leaders and performance managers across RCO
Lead dashboard development efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years Credit Assistance reporting experience
2+ years Performance Management analytics experience
Strong demonstrated knowledge of RCO and OMRA processes
2+ years Tableau dashboard development experience
Strong communication skills
Deep knowledge of RCO and Credit Assistance
Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
Availability for 1st shift
40 hours per week
