About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end product life cycle, including market research, competitor analysis, pricing, strategy, innovation, and product risk management
  • Manage delivery, communication, and fulfillment of consumer credit card stimulation offers across Call Center, Financial Center, and Digital channels
  • Create product development and deployment plans, including sales training programs and marketing materials
  • Oversee products and maintain financials, including investment profile and P&L activities
  • Provide product trend information to sales and marketing teams
  • Streamline and enhance product offerings to meet client needs and support growth
  • Implement and monitor effective risk controls with key support partners
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop products that solve client needs and drive adoption
  • Optimize portfolio stimulation initiatives and coach channel partners
  • Benchmark best practices and translate competitive intelligence into differentiated capabilities
  • Align Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders on transparent and compliant client communications and experiences
  • Govern channel execution and fulfillment processes
  • Use Voice of the Client/Associate programs, complaint analysis, and call listening insights to inform strategy
  • Lead continuous improvement through audits, control enhancements, and defect analysis
  • Serve as subject matter expert for portfolio stimulation strategies
  • Establish monitoring frameworks for associate readiness, operational efficiency, and risk management
  • Advise leadership with strategic recommendations and data-driven insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of card product or related experience
  • Ability to work across functional areas to manage risk and drive continuous improvement
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, capture key outcomes/actions, and own project/process documentation
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to engage across business lines and develop strong working relationships with business partners and all levels of management
  • Experience managing operational risks through effective controls
  • Strong documentation, evaluation, and improvement experience with complex business processes
  • Detail-oriented understanding of business process concepts
  • Strong communication skills and experience creating educational materials for internal and external audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to drive projects to completion
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Desired: Bank of America or similar financial institution digital experience
  • Desired: Process design experience
  • Desired: Direct experience in controls and issues management
  • Desired: Proficiency with MS Co-Pilot
