About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Senior National Financial Solution Advisors, Senior Financial Solutions Advisors, and select top-performing Financial Center Financial Solutions Advisors
  • Provide inbound brokerage support for service requests, money movement, new accounts, and Merrill investment products
  • Provide operational and sales support, including account service, maintenance, management, onboarding, funding, and enrollment
  • Conduct outreach to clients to schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist with client relationship management, One-Team partnerships, and book management
  • Serve as an additional client service point of contact
  • Research and resolve complex situations and escalations with support teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality brokerage and operational support, including account maintenance, money movement, onboarding, and service requests
  • Strong communication skills with FSAs, clients, and internal partners
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to build and sustain relationships
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
  • High emotional intelligence, active listening, and professionalism
  • Proficiency in written and oral communication
  • FDIC, Safe Act, Loan Originators, and FINRA restrictions apply to certain criminal histories
