Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute call delivery strategies for a managed line of business through applicable technology interfaces
  • Monitor technology performance to minimize agent idle time and ensure effective strategy delivery
  • Escalate production risks and opportunities to key stakeholders
  • Educate and support Line of Business needs through direct interaction with frontline unit agents and business support
  • Establish connections with Line of Business partners to align expectations and strategy objectives
  • Support and influence implementation of new technologies and strategies through business acumen
  • Provide guidance to associates within the unit regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes
  • Support operations enablement activities, including resource tracking, monitoring, and planning for inbound and outbound call delivery strategies
  • Manage technology inputs and effectiveness to reduce idle time and maximize business results
  • Leverage systems and analysis in a repetitive or production-oriented environment to drive business results

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current Retail Credit Operations experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Intellectually curious with a mind for innovation and proven ability to execute objectives in a data driven environment
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and collaborate across different teams/business units in order to drive change
  • Goal oriented individual who maintains composure in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to quickly and accurately condense robust and complex data from various sources into meaningful information to drive strategic change across different portfolios
  • Aptitude to design and implement a test-and-learn approach to manage the company’s exposure to risk
  • Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Proficient written and oral communication, including presentation skills
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • 2nd shift availability, 2:30 pm–11 pm EST Monday–Friday
