About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Apply judgmental and prescriptive lending principles in decisioning credit card applications
- Evaluate a wide range of applications and credit complexities with high levels of approval authority
- Optimize relationship opportunities and maintain a high level of customer service with internal and external partners
- Receive inbound and make outbound client calls
- Manage and prioritize tasks to decide credit requests within required SLA period
- Apply lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Service existing clients and maintain accounts
- Follow lender guidance for final decisions and ensure adherence to policy guidelines
Requirements

- 2 years of Consumer Card Underwriting experience
- Minimum education: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Multitasking
- 40 hours per week
- 1st shift (United States of America)
