About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with tasks related to the credit process
  • Support risk activities, including monitoring financial reporting
  • Coordinate client onboarding as the first point of engagement for client teams
  • Support systematic execution of the credit process with managers, specified teams, and operations
  • Work with Enterprise Credit associates and stay current on bank policies, procedures, and systems
  • Accurately image documents related to new and renewal deals and internally created monitoring documents
  • Monitor documents and upload and link them to GUS deals when necessary
  • Build and maintain relationships with client teams and internal business partners
  • Support portfolio management through financial package collection, maturities, annual reviews, financial analysis summaries, past due payments, and failed covenants
  • Assist with client needs such as ordering payoff letters
  • Clear collateral exceptions to reduce legally binding exposure
  • Coordinate deals by engaging outside counsel, assisting with pre-close checklists, and connecting with fulfillment to book facilities in the system of record

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Accurately image documents according to the Universal Document List
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Well organized and able to work independently with minimal management oversight
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize numerous time-sensitive and business-critical activities
  • Ability to build partnerships across the organization
  • Strong ownership of process, leadership, and teamwork
  • System knowledge of EDR, GUS, ImageTrust, and Adobe Acrobat Standard is desired
  • Bachelor’s Degree is desired
  • Must work 1st shift in the United States of America
  • 40 hours per week
