About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with tasks related to the credit process
- Monitor financial reporting
- Coordinate client onboarding as the first point of engagement for client teams
- Support systematic execution of the credit process with managers, specified teams, and operations
- Maintain current knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and systems
- Accurately image documents related to new and renewal deals
- Monitor documents and internally created monitoring documents
- Build and maintain relationships with client teams and internal business partners
- Upload and link documents to GUS deals accurately and timely when necessary
- Support portfolio management through financial package collection, maturities, annual reviews/financial analysis summaries, past due payments, and failed covenants
- Assist with client needs such as ordering payoff letters
- Clear collateral exceptions to reduce legally binding exposure
- Coordinate deals by engaging outside counsel, assisting with pre-close checklists, and connecting with fulfillment to book facilities in the system of record
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Accurately image documents according to the Universal Document List
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently with minimal management oversight
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize numerous time-sensitive and business-critical activities
- Ability to build partnerships across the organization
- Strong ownership of process, leadership, and teamwork
- System knowledge of EDR, GUS, ImageTrust, and Adobe Acrobat Standard is desired
- Bachelor's Degree is desired
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week on 1st shift
