About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and review documentation according to bank policies and procedures to facilitate client closings and ensure lien perfection
- Work on highly complex documentation
- Support Loan Administrators with their primary responsibilities
- Assist the Market Leader in directing workflow and performing quality assurance
- Work with company vendors, legal counsel, line partners, and clients to ensure documentation accuracy
- Ensure loan documentation and lien perfection meet bank policies and procedures
- Lead documentation, due diligence, collateral perfection, and monitoring for a specific market segment
- Review documents for accuracy, timely delivery, research requirements, and transactional information
- Review loan approvals and counsel-prepared loan documents for consistency and adherence to requirements
- Design filing and organizational processes for primary financial booking and initial loan funding
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Credit and Portfolio Officers, agency management, legal counsel, and internal operational support units
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of Mortgage experience
- Understanding of TRID Regulatory Requirements
- Familiarity with Mortgage documentation
- Knowledge of all Vendor documentation for Mortgages
- High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Ability to work 1st shift
- 40 hours per week
