About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with enterprise goals within a business segment
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and long-term sustainability
  • Coordinate project tasks across teams and manage risks for timely delivery
  • Collaborate with product, channel, and operations teams for integrated execution
  • Build business cases and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Support change management efforts and create documentation
  • Support operational needs of the Financial Center Design and Merchandising team
  • Coordinate projects and initiatives, data gathering, analysis, reporting, and communications
  • Manage third-party vendor setup and maintenance, invoicing, purchase-order reconciliation, and request intake
  • Manage stakeholder and network communications, reporting, documentation, and deliverable tracking
  • Support small Merchandising or Design initiatives through data input/analysis and field/vendor communications
  • Support broader design-team administration, including website access management, reporting, troubleshooting, and platform support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced skills in MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and database-driven solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality, documentation, and operational controls
  • Strategic thinking skills with ability to translate strategy into executable steps
  • Proven ability to effectively lead meetings, set agenda, and monitor/track deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, track deliverables, and follow up on action items
  • Ability to interact with and influence multiple stakeholders and SMEs across multiple business units, product lines or business processes
  • Exceptional understanding of the bank's organizational structure
  • Strong process design expertise to develop, manage, and optimize workflows
  • Proven ability to provide consultative support and effectively influence senior leaders
  • Ability to operate in a high-demand, fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Airtable (desired)
  • Financial Center knowledge (desired)
  • Structured training in Business Intelligence and analytics (desired)
  • Experience documenting processes and creating training materials (desired)
  • Ability to execute training sessions on work improvement (desired)
