Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of change management, Program Management Office, or Project Management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive consensus
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize deliverables, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to execute comprehensive and robust data analysis
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong organizational relationships
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects and processes with multiple partners and stakeholders
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Office applications
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience with governance tools (CAST, UCRA, PPRT) preferred
  • Knowledge of Financial Center roles, responsibilities, systems, and processes preferred
  • High School Diploma, GED, Secondary School, or equivalent
