Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables involving multiple teams
  • Communicate work objectives and coordinate delivery
  • Facilitate sync points across teams and provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health
  • Manage program risk and compliance with standards
  • Ensure delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost
  • Lead and coordinate kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Manage delivery coordination and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
  • Provide stakeholders and leadership with updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements
  • Support resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Anticipate and resolve technology challenges and lead agile-team blocker triages
  • Coordinate and onboard technical partners
  • Serve as stand-in Change Manager when needed
  • Own the dispatch process to maintain accurate feature cost estimates
  • Ensure execution and integration with enterprise project delivery standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technical project management role in agile environment
  • Ability to effectively manage project delivery and collaborate with various technology partners and agile teams
  • Experience working on multiple projects at the same time
  • Good time management skills; ability to set priorities, adapt to team needs and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively at different levels within the organization
  • Previous success working in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in technology and strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniques
  • Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop skills
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, adaptation, and conflict-management skills
  • Intermediate Word
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, conversational AI, and intelligent virtual assistant technologies preferred
  • Good knowledge of Agile Lean Software Delivery Life Cycle and/or iterative development life cycles
  • Ability to work in a high paced work environment
  • Proactive mindset
