Plan and coordinate execution of project/small program deliverables requiring engagement of multiple teams
Communicate work objectives
Coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitate sync points, communication, and collaboration across organizations
Provide end-to-end visibility into deliverable health
Manage program risk and compliance with standards
Lead and coordinate kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements
Support resource planning for delivery and execution
Ensure adherence to Enterprise Change Management standards
Ensure delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ yrs of project management experience
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively
Ability to translate business plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, and action plans
