About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and coordinate execution of project and small-program deliverables involving multiple teams
  • Coordinate data life cycle management projects and data product execution globally
  • Improve alignment and collaboration around data management with business and functional area leadership
  • Communicate target outcomes and coordinate delivery across multiple organizations
  • Lead delivery routines including kickoffs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
  • Manage delivery coordination and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations
  • Provide stakeholders and leadership with status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedules
  • Work with sponsors and stakeholders to align execution with deliverable requirements
  • Manage program risks and ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Support resource planning and own financial management for projects and programs
  • Facilitate between business and technology leaders, Compliance, and Risk
  • Ensure delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, cost, and target outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of applicable experience delivering Agile software development projects
  • Ability to provide end-to-end oversight at the PMO standard level for assigned programs and projects
  • Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards and financial management, with a focus on execution and overall health
  • Experience preparing for and facilitating program-level routines, including pre- and post-release planning, risk and issue management
  • Experience partnering with program-level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions align to defined strategy
  • Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM
  • Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program-level challenges
  • Experience with Agile principles and JIRA software
  • Previous experience within the Financial Services industry preferred
  • Previous experience with Bank of America Enterprise Change Standards and Enterprise Tooling preferred
  • Scaled Agile Framework Lean Portfolio Management and/or Release Train Engineer certifications a plus
