Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, integration, and delivery of technical programs and projects
Partner with senior leaders, executive sponsors, and portfolio stakeholders to define business outcomes, success metrics, and priorities
Support portfolio-level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across programs, projects, and workstreams
Provide senior management visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, financials, and outcomes
Drive alignment across business units, technology teams, vendors, and enterprise partners
Define and manage scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, financials, and resourcing
Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans, roadmaps, and action plans
Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments
Develop and maintain business cases, plans, presentations, status reports, documentation, and executive summaries
Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise change, risk, audit, and compliance requirements
Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Hybrid, and Waterfall approaches as appropriate
Support PI Planning, Scrum and Kanban ceremonies, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
Track and roll up deliverables, epics, features, stories, and initiatives to portfolio-level objectives using Agile tools
Provide initiative-based delivery reporting through dashboards, plans, and executive-ready materials
Manage program and project financials, forecasts, budgets, and expense tracking
Coordinate resource planning and capacity across internal teams and external partners
Oversee vendor, supplier, consultant, and contractor delivery performance
Ensure timely engagement of external teams and fulfillment of contractual and delivery expectations
Support audit and risk initiatives including SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs, and other regulatory requirements
Obtain, manage, and validate change evidence from technology owners and stakeholders
Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to mitigate delivery, operational, and technical risks
Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio, program, and change management processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Typically 7+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management within a technical organization
Experience and understanding of Cloud Service Providers and application migrations to public cloud
Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments
Proven track record delivering large-scale or enterprise initiatives
Strong business acumen connecting delivery execution to measurable business outcomes
Ability to influence, communicate, and partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in complex, matrixed environments
Program and project management across multiple initiatives and delivery stages
Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe / scaled Agile concepts
Hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall)
Portfolio, program, and project financial management
Risk, audit, and compliance delivery (SIAIs, MRAs, RIAIs)
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Wiki, SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
Dashboarding and executive-level delivery reporting
Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, public cloud, and AI technologies
Knowledge of automation, Terraform, network, hosting, or mainframe technologies
Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments
Ability to manage and deliver complex technical solutions across multiple teams
Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training listed as desired
PMP, Certified Scrum Master, SAFe/Agile, Release Train Engineer, or PM/PO certifications preferred
